This beautifully renovated pool home is located at 2182 Atwood Drive, Pensacola Florida, home of the Blue Angels, and is conveniently located to hospitals, shopping, restaurants, entertainment and I-10. Its only 20 minutes to Pensacola Beach with its pristine white sand beaches and crystal clear blue waters for playing in.  Also very close by is the old downtown historic district with many bars and restaurants, as well as multiple great museums, parks, and nature trails. Additionally, this property is only 1 hr from Mobile, Alabama and 3 hrs to New Orleans.

This cute home is set up to sleep up to 8 people, features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1400 square feet. As you enter the front door you will see the charming living room that features full open concept and a full wall of built in book shelves, beautiful stone electric fireplace, and dedicated work station.  The kitchen and beverage station are brand new with custom cabinets and countertops. Off of the hallway you have the guest bedrooms and bath as well as the primary suite. As you walk out back so many things will catch your eye, but the most appealing is the large in-ground swimming pool that is ready for you to enjoy! Outdoor large screen TV is great for watching your favorite team while you are in the pool!  Barbecue grill and other yard games are in the storage shed for your play.  You also have a covered patio space as well as a covered gazebo in the back corner of the yard.

The primary suite has queen bed and its own small on-suite with nice shower. 

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed,  there is a  queen/full bunk bed in 3^rd bedroom

The main bathroom has new vanity, lighting, and fun retro tile for a beachy feel.
